27 Jul Addition+ ramp up in Asia as Vince Viola joins as MD
Addition+ has recruited veteran ad man Vince Viola to spearhead its push into Asia – combining his international strategic thinking with the company’s highly sophisticated data scientists.
Viola brings a wealth of agency experience to Addition+, the next generation media planning and buying company, with a bio that includes senior roles at McCanns, Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi in the US, Australia and Hong Kong.
Viola is well-known to both advertisers and creatives across Asia. For more than 15 years, he was Executive VP and Managing Director at McCann Hong Kong, where he managed globally the integrated marketing for Cathay Pacific Airways. He also ran McCann’s Asia Pacific multinational account hub, with clients including Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels and Microsoft. And in 2014, Viola moved to Australia where he co-founded The Media Village; a branded content production company, known for its strategic and creative work, with offices in Melbourne and Hong Kong.
As MD at Addition+ Asia, Viola will be rolling out a series of new generation strategy tools to advertisers across the region, using technology and data science to support advertising planning processes.
